Requirements:
- Original ID and A2 driving license.
- For international customers: Passport and motorcycle driving licenses that are valid for circulation in the EU.
- Motorcycle driving experience.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card or cash (€500 bills are not accepted). It is necessary the credit card to rent a motorcycle for the blocking of the deposit.
- To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the amount must be made. The rest of the rental is paid at the time of collection of the motorcycle.
Rental conditions:
- Prices with 21% VAT included.
- The rental is calculated for full days until 7 p.m., the maximum time for returning the motorcycle. Depending on availability, delivery is facilitated late the previous afternoon or returned early the next morning.
- At the time of collection of the motorcycle, the amount corresponding to the deposit will be withheld. Once the rental is completed, once the correct condition of the motorcycle and equipment has been verified, the amount will be refunded.
- The mileage limit is 200km/day.
- Additional mileage costs €0.30 per extra kilometer.
- Roadside assistance included.
- Rental amount is refundable to 100% for cancellation or changes up to 10 days before reservation. Cancellation or postponement between 10 days and 72 hours before the start of the rental has a cost of 30% of the reservation. In case of communication of cancellation or changes with less than 72 hours, the expenses are 50% of the reservation.
- Rain during the rental: In weekend rentals, in case of very intense rain and the rental cannot be carried out, new dates will be set again.
- We can store your motorcycle and your luggage at our location for the duration of the rental.
