Mountain bike courses -MTB-

We enter the world of mountain biking since, Although many of us practice the specialty, those who enjoy the descents are few.

In mountain bike or MTB courses We work from the correct placement of handlebars, seat and pedals in the initial levels, to the most suitable positions for jumps and complex descents in the advanced levels.

Know How to react and how to position yourself in each situation, each descent and each obstacle that we encounter makes the difference between enjoying and having a bad time.. By being positioned and with control you will be able to expand your limits and sensations on your mountain bike. 

In our courses the most important thing is personal attention, so Groups are a maximum of 8 people per instructor. Our prices vary from €60 for a course in a group of 3 to 8 people, up to €90 for an individual course. 

Age or level doesn't matter, even if you've never ridden a bike. We adapt the route and training to each person's level.

Can rent mountain bike, which includes safety equipment (helmet and gloves), thus providing everything you need so you can improve your mountain biking technique.

Levels:

Baptism Level: If you haven't been able to learn to ride a bike, we'll teach you! We start from scratch in a flat area where you are safe and calm.

Initiation level: If you do not have much experience in mountain biking, we will start with explanations of the appropriate philosophy that we should know about riding in the countryside and we will begin with the basic explanations of riding on different terrains.

Medium level: If you have already done MTB outings but do not have the security and control necessary to enjoy your bike, we will see all the specific technique of the country bike.

Advanced level: For people with experience in the field who want to expand their limits in all types of situations and conditions.
